Bring your babies, your strollers or carriers, a bunch of sunscreen, lots of water, and snacks. Join Gigi Yogini at Will Rogers Historic State Park for a Hike! Prenatal Mamas welcome too! 

Participation is free, parking is not. See web link below for parking details and agenda. Hike is canceled in the event of rain. 

 

 

Come to Eaton Canyon for this educational excercise session! Featuring demonstrations for visual learners, this event will touch on the basics about hiking and essential topics needed to hit the trails safely, while introducing you directly to the trail for a short 3.5 mile hike. Dress comfortably, bring plenty of water, and plan for your shoes to get wet (consider bringing extra socks).
