Adult Diversion ( Drug Use Disorder Issues )
Provider: SAN FERNANDO VALLEY MATRIX INSTITUTE
The agency is a State certified treatment center for youth, age 12 to 20, in the CA State CARE program. See the separate entry.
The agency offers intensive outpatient programs for adults and adolescents who have insurance or can pay for service. The program serves people who receive Medi-Cal only at the Inland Empire location. The program is individualized and highly structured.
The program also provides outpatient methadone maintenance services, and Proposition 36 diversion program. Prop 36 clients are treated in a similar program as the agency's intensive outpatient model.
The agency conducts research studies that include treatment as well as clinical trials of medications and therapies. People may inquire about studies and may be selected to participate.
