Adult Diversion ( Korean Community, Spouse/Intimate Partner Abusers )

The agency provides domestic violence services for adults in Los Angeles County. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Korean-Americans. Services include anger management, adult diversion, spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling targeted to both abusers and battered women, spouse/domestic partner abuse prevention. There are no geographic restrictions.

The center provides weekly support group for Korean female domestic violence victims. This is a year round group.

The center provides an adult diversion program for court-referred batterers. This is a 52-week program that meets court requirements.

The center provides domestic violence prevention to the Korean-American community through community education. Speakers are available to make educational presentations about domestic violence to community groups. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply for services. Batterers must attend intake interview and provide court documents or court case number. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services for battered women. Some services are set on a sliding scale that starts at $0.
