Adult Diversion ( Spouse/Intimate Partner Abusers )

The agency provides domestic violence services for people who live the Los Angeles County area. Services include adult diversion for court-referred batterers; anger management for adults and youth; juvenile diversion for family violence issues; spouse/domestic partner abuse counseling. There are no geographic restrictions.
Diversion programs for batterers meet court approval. Referring agencies are notified of clients attendance, progress, completion and termination of the program. Programs for youth accept referrals from the courts; however a referral is not required. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply. An appointment is required. California ID and proof of income are required for reduced fees. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees are set on a sliding scale that ranges from $10 to $40 per session. There is a mandatory one-time enrollment fee of $50 before the first weekly batterers session; fees for sessions may be paid on a sliding scale basis. Private insurance is accepted.
