The program provides substance use disorder services for adults and adolescents who live in San Pedro. Parental permission is required for adolescents age 17 and younger. Services include adult diversion for drug abusers, alcohol use disorder counseling, drug/alcohol testing, and specialized information and referral. There are no geographic restrictions.

PC1000 Adult diversion programs are provided for court-ordered individuals, as well as other court-ordered substance use disorder education/prevention programs. PC1000 provides clients with drug counseling, drug testing, drug education, relapse prevention, and sober living referrals.

The specialized information and referral includes information about community substance use disorder agencies, and referral to those agencies. Counseling services are available to adolescents and adults who have had past troubles with alcohol and drug use disorder issues. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information or to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is an initial fee of $50 for the counseling and testing services. Fees applicable for the drug testing for a full battery test. Fees for counseling services are based on a sliding scale. There is no fee for the information and referral.
