The agency provides substance use disorder services and support services for people in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Services include a first offender drinking/driving program, alcohol use disorder counseling, alcohol use disorder support groups, job information, translation services and certificates/forms assistance. Services are targeted, but not restricted, to Korean Americans. There are no geographic restrictions.

An AB 541 first offender program is available for convicted drunk drivers who are court-referred. AB 541 services include alcohol use disorder education/prevention, counseling and exposure to AA meetings. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply for alcohol use disorder services or walk in for other services. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE The fees for services vary.
