The organization provides substance use disorder services related to alcohol education for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. It provides substance use disorder education to prevent alcohol and drug-impaired drivers from driving. There are no geographic restrictions.

The organization provides alcohol education about impaired driving through printed materials, public presentations and school presentations for students in kindergarten through college. The elementary school programs educate children about the dangers of driving under the influence and stimulate classroom discussion. The junior high, high school and college program provide a comprehensive overview of the issues related to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, the criminal justice system, teenage responsibility and peer pressure, and prevention alternatives. Speakers are available to make community presentations about impaired driver-related issues for seminars, workshops, professional organizations, victim impact panels and public relations campaigns that use the media.

The organization promotes designated driver programs. It encourages participating restaurants to offer free non-alcoholic beverages to designated drivers. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service; however, donations are accepted for educational presentations.
