The division administers and implements public health programs related to pregnancy and women's health; infant health; public health services for children, adolescents and young adults in Los Angeles County.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call the designated numbers for program information; some programs require proof of participation in Medi-Cal or proof of low income. To request a survey in the Mommy and Baby Project, leave a voice mail. People interested in statistics and recommendations in the Fetal Infant Mortality Review Program or the Newborn Screening Program may access them at the agency's website www.lapublichealth.org/mch
