The agency provides services for older adults, age 50 and older, who live in the Pomona-Inland Valley area and surrounding communities. Services include adult day care, aging in place membership organizations/networks, caregiver training, caregiver/care receiver support groups, case management for caregivers, peer counseling, respite care, RSVP program, senior companionship, specialized information and referral, and transportation expense assistance. Adult day care and out-of-home respite care for frail elders and adults with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related disorders is provided at the Memory Care Center location. A hot lunch is provided. The on-site respite service program also provides support groups and training for caregivers.

The Aging Next Village Program is an aging in place membership organization/network that enables older adults age 50 and older to live and age well in their own homes and communities. It connects community members who need assistance with other community members who volunteer to provide handyworker, personal assistance, transportation and other domestic services. This service is restricted to residents of Alta Loma, Claremont, La Verne, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Antonio Heights, San Dimas, and Upland.

The RSVP Program provides volunteer service opportunities for older adults age 55 and older.

Specialized information and referral is available through a help line and a directory.

The Senior Companion program provides low-income seniors with a stipend for being a companion to other seniors. Volunteers may assist with activities of daily living such as shopping, preparing meals, running errands, and providing companionship.

The Family Caregiver Support program provides case management, support groups and educational/training workshops. Support groups are available for general caregivers as well as Alzheimer's and other dementia-related caregivers, and stroke survivor caregivers.

Transportation expense assistance is available to older adults age 60 and older and people with disabilities through the Community Connections volunteer driving program. Individuals choose and recruit their own volunteer drivers and schedule their own rides. The agency reimburses the volunteer driver for gas mileage. This service is restricted to residents of Alta Loma, Azusa, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Covina, Diamond Bar, Glendora, La Verne, Montclair, Ontario, Pomona, San Antonio Heights, San Dimas, Upland, Walnut, and West Covina.
