Case/Care Management ( Veterans )
Provider: VETERANS ADMINISTRATION GREATER LOS ANGELES HEALTHCARE SYSTEM
Case management for veterans is conducted in Bldg. 206 of the VA - Wilshire Boulevard campus. The screening clinic provides case/care management and access to all needed resources such as medical, mental health, substance abuse and housing services.
All separated service members with an 'honorable' discharge status are eligible for benefits based on their disability status. Separated service members with a discharge status of 'other than honorable' or 'bad conduct' discharges may be eligible if they sustained injury or aggravated existing injury while serving. The local Veteran Affairs Regional Office can be contacted regarding such situations. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in for service. People are served on a first-come, first-served basis. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees.
