The program provides homeless support services for homeless people in Long Beach. Services include case management. Services are restricted to Long Beach City residents.

Secondary services for people in the case management program include street outreach, medical clinic, shelter referral, housing placement, employment services, veteran services, mental health services, linkage to mainstream benefits such as Medi-Cal, Food Stamps and Affordable Care Act coverage, and HIV/AIDS comprehensive case management services.
