Case/Care Management ( Homeless Veterans )

Provider: 1736 FAMILY CRISIS CENTER

The agency provides services for homeless veterans, or veterans who are risk of homelessness in Los Angeles County. Services include housing search assistance, job search/placement, personal financial counseling, rental deposit assistance and temporary financial assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

Temporary financial assistance may be used for security deposits, moving, utilities, child care and emergency expenses.

The case management program assists with critical needs services including accessing food, health clinics, applying for benefits and obtaining household supplies.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; an appointment is required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
