Child Custody/Visitation Assistance ( Low Income )

The agency provides domestic violence assistance for low-income residents, regardless of immigration status, in Los Angeles County who are on CalWORKs or other eligible funding sources. Services include child custody/visitation assistance and divorce assistance. Services are restricted based on income and geographic area.
The agency also provides permanent restraining orders for victims of violence. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for an intake interview appointment; no walk-ins accepted. Picture identification and proof of address and recent proof of income are required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service; however individuals must qualify for services.
