The center provides hospital services for people of all ages in Los Angeles County. Services include cancer services, emergency room services, general medical care, health education, heart care, obstetrics, orthopedic services, and rehabilitation services. There are no geographic restrictions.

Specialty services include a certified advanced cardiac life support program and cardiology unit, and a donor blood bank.

Health education services include lectures, seminars and behavior modification courses for smoking cessation, weight management and diabetes management. Breastfeeding classes and consultations are also provided.

Rehabilitation services are available for individuals who have physical disabilities resulting from stroke, spinal cord injury, brain trauma, respiratory or orthopedic conditions, amputation, developmental disabilities and other muscular or neurological disorders. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply or walk in for emergency services. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees for most services; Medi-Cal and private insurance are accepted.
