The hospital provides health education on a variety of health-related topics. Services include breastfeeding support programs, cardiac rehabilitation, childbirth education, chronic disease self management programs, disease/disability information and expectant/newparent assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

Health education includes lectures, classes and health education programs about Alzheimer's/Dementia, arthritis, asthma, cardiac education, COPD, colon cancer, chronic pain management, hypertension, lung cancer, osteoporosis, strokes, HPV, weight management; expectant/new parent assistance, birth preparation and breastfeeding. A diabetes self-management education series is also available.

The 6-part cardiac rehabilitations series includes presentations on such health-related topics such as the function and structure of the heart, reading and understanding food labels, benefits of regular exercise, medications and how they work, managing stress, and the emotional aspects of heart disease.
