Comprehensive Outpatient Alcohol Use Disorder Treatment ( TANF Recipients )

The agency provides welfare-to-work support services for CalWORKs recipients who are homeless families or for substance abusers and live in Los Angeles County. Services include alcohol day treatment, comprehensive outpatient alcoholism treatment, comprehensive outpatient drug abuse treatment, drug day treatment, general counseling, housing counseling, perinatal drug abuse treatment, residential alcoholism treatment facilities and residential drug abuse treatment facilities. There are no geographic restrictions.

Child care and transportation must be acquired through the GAIN program. There is an on-site GAIN liaison to assist the clients in navigating the system.

Clients with domestic violence and/or mental health problems who primarily need substance abuse services are served at the Pomona location. TANF recipients who are homeless and are in need of mental health services, housing counseling, and social services are seen at the El Monte location. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply. An appointment is required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
