The agency provides substance use disorder services for adolescents, ages 12 to 18, in Los Angeles County. Services include comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment and comprehensive drug use disorder treatment. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides a wide range of outpatient services which may be coordinated by a case manager and may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, and a continuing care program.
