The center provides nutrition programs for adults 60 years and older who live in Azusa. Services include congregate meals/nutrition sites and home delivered meals. There are geographic restrictions for home delivered meals.

Home-delivered meals are available for people who are homebound due to age, illness or disability. Hot meals are delivered five days per week; frozen meals delivered on Friday for the weekend. The program is unable to accommodate special diet requests.

Congregate meals are available five days per week; guests of seniors who are younger than age 60 may also participate. Reservations are required. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or to apply for service. A physician's letter verifying the client's need and an in home assessment are required for home delivered meals. Reservations 2 days in advance are required for congregate meals. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE The suggested donation for home delivered meals is $2 per meal; no one is denied service due to inability to pay. The suggested donation for congregate meals is $2 per meal; guests under 60 pay $3. No senior is denied a meal due to inability to pay.
