The clinic provides medical services primarily for homeless adults, low-income individuals and the medically indigent. Services include case/care management; general medical care, including chronic disease management services; general physical exams; HIV and TB screenings, and treatment; mental health evaluation; psychiatric medication monitoring; dental care; and vision screening. Ancilliary services include radiology, lab services and pharmacy services. There are no geographic restrictions.
Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in or schedule appointment for service; the clinic accepts referrals from Skid Row. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Depending on income, there are no fees for services or a sliding scale for services; the program accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, IPA/HMO patients. Eligible contract clinic patients pay no fees.
