Provider: KORYO HEALTH FOUNDATION COMMUNITY CLINIC
The foundation provides health services for low-income youth and adults who live in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. There are no geographic restrictions for services.
Contract clinic services include outpatient health services for uninsured, low-income Los Angeles County residents of all ages, including General Relief recipients. It provides primary general medical care. Applicant's household income must be at or below 134% of federal poverty guidelines, or who are GR recipients.
Services include breast and cervical cancer control program (breast exams, mammograms and Pap smears), immunizations, OB/GYN services, primary care, and sterilization for men and women. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or walk in for information or to apply for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees are set on a sliding scale; Medi-Cal and Medicare are accepted. Eligible contract clinic patients pay no fees.
