DCFS Foster Parents and Contracted Out-of-Home Care Providers that have COVID-19 questions or need help finding a testing center can call the the COVID-19 Warmline for caregivers, (323) 409-3090. It is available Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. The warmline is staffed by nurses from LAC-USC with a doctor on call.

Effective March 16th and until further notice all DCFS offices are closed to the public. Sites will remain open to employees only as they continue to provide services to children and families.
