The program provides immigration service for people in Los Angeles. Services include information about immigration laws and regulations, citizenship assistance, refugee resettlement, and cultural transitional assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

Family-based immigration assistance includes help with applications for Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident (Green Card), U.S. Citizenship (Naturalization) and family petitions.

Asylees approved within the last month as well as Haitian or Cuban parolees, victims of human trafficking or VAWA recipients may be assisted at the Glendale office or the main office with an early employment incentive program called Matching Grant.

The Refugee Resettlement Program provides resettlement services to newly-arrived refugees and asylees in the Los Angeles area. Services include pre-arrival processing and sponsorship of refugees in coordination with the United States State Department. The program helps sponsors with the processing of applications for sponsorship; case management, in which plans are made for financial support, housing, education and training; information and referral for other services; and employment services and placement. These resettlement programs may be obtained in Glendale or in the main office.

The Minor Locating Number is available for parents/custodians who seek to locate missing minors. APPLICATION PROCEDURE An appointment is required; call to apply. ID is required; acceptable ID includes I-94 or green card or Social Security card. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees according to service.
