The agency provides recreational programs for people of all ages who live in the Santa Monica or westside area. Membership is required for participation in activities. Services include youth and family programs for babies, toddlers, kids and parents ages 3 to 10 yrs; teen programs for youth ages 11 to 17; aquatics; adult recreation and group exercise; older adult programs; and day camps and camping. There are no geographic restrictions.

Youth and family programs include activities for child and parent in informal instruction, social interaction, creative stimulation, strength, flexibility and balance also ballet, structured group activities and judo/jujitsu.

Aquatics include water exercise classes, youth swim programs, and lap or recreational swimming.

Adult recreation activities include indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball, racquetball and other activities. Group exercise include activities, such as aerobic dance, indoor cycling, rock wall climbing, cardio conditioning, Tai Chi Chuan and yoga.

Older adults activities include group exercise classes, dances and wellness lectures.

Camping opportunities include winter, spring and summer day camps and a year-round residential camp. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call, walk in or visit the website for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Membership fees vary with age and family size. Single day passes are available. A scholarship or payment plan is available to children who are residents. Santa Monica and Venice residents who are low income may apply for financial assistance.
