Provider: WEST VALLEY FOOD PANTRY

The program provides personal goods for people who live in the West San Fernando Valley, including people who are homeless. Services include used clothing. Service depends on availability. People are eligible for assistance once per week. Clothing is distributed only at the Family Rescue Center location in Canoga Park. Services are restricted to residents of zip codes 90290, 91301, 91302, 91303, 91304, 91306, 91307, 91311, 91324, 91335, 91356, 91364, 91367 and 91371. The program also provides baby diapers for children 3 years and younger. Applicants can receive assistance one time per month. There are no geographic restrictions. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in or call to apply for service; referrals are accepted. Picture ID and proof of residence, such as a utility bill or letter are required. All dependents must be identified by picture ID at the time of the initial enrollment. New clients for the Family Rescue Center must be at the Center before 12:00pm. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
