Disability Related Transportation ( Disaster/Emergency Issues )

Effective Monday, April 12, 2021, Same Day Service will only be offered on a discretionary basis, and will be based on driver availability. In addition, two-person maximum shared rides will be allowed on all Access vehicles except sedans. Trips to drive-through vaccination sites will not be shared rides.

Access continues to require that all riders wear a face covering when riding Access vehicles.

Access is closely monitoring the Coronavirus COVID-19 public health crisis and is engaging in proactive steps to ensure that we protect our riders, contractors and employees.

Riders are reminded to:
(1) if possible, stay at home
(2) do not use Access if you are sick
(3) cover your coughs and sneezes, and
(4) wash hands frequently with soap and warm water, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.

Access has implemented the following measures to further ensure the safety of our riders and drivers:
(1) No Share-Rides during the emergency
