Disability Related Transportation


The city provides transportation services for residents of the city of West Covina. Services include general paratransit/communityride programs. Services are restricted to the city of West Covina and locations 3 miles outside the city.

The Go West Shuttle System provides transportation services for all residents of West Covina via the Red, Blue and Green Lines. See the agency website for specific route information at: http://www.westcovina.org/home/showdocument?id=725

Dial-a-Ride services are provided to seniors age 55 and older and individuals with disabilities of any age within the city and to limited medical facilities within a 3 mile radius of the city. APPLICATION PROCEDURE For Dial-a-Ride services, individuals must apply with the city and show proof of residence, age and disability if applicable. Call for information or to arrange a ride. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Dial-a-Ride fees for a one-way fare are $1.00 and must be paid at the time of boarding. Escorts and children under the age of 5 ride for free.

Go West Shuttle fees are $1.00 per boarding, children under 5 fide for free with a paying adult.
