LAHSA PROVIDER HOTLINE
(213)233-4796

LAHSA is working closely with shelter providers to minimize the administrative barriers that may be experienced due to the COVID-19 outbreak. LAHSA launched a web based portal with key COVID-19 resources for service providers and also created an email address (cov19@lahsa.org) to capture any questions.

To increase our accessibility, LAHSA has established a Provider Hotline. This hotline will be staffed by LAHSA Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm starting Wednesday, March 18th. LAHSA staff will record all questions and will publish an FAQ document the next day by 12:00 noon that provides answers to the questions received the previous day. If your staff have any questions, please encourage them to contact the Provider Hotline at 213-233-4796.
