The program is a citywide volunteer program coordinated through the Mayors office. Participants of the Crisis Response Team (C-R-T) are activated by the Los Angeles Police and Fire Departments to provide immediate on-scene crisis intervention, emotional support and referrals to victims and their families involved in a traumatic incidents including major traffic accidents, homicides, multi-casualty incidents, drive-by shootings, natural deaths, fires and suicides APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
