The company provides technology services in many areas of Los Angeles County. Services include internet service by cable. The company has several levels of Internet service. Geographic restrictions may apply.

The Spectrum Internet Assist program offers the lowest cost, and includes an internet modem. To be eligible for this program, a member of the household must be a recipient of one of the following programs:

- The National School Lunch Program (NSLP); free or reduced cost lunch
- The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) of the NSLP
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI) age 65 and up only
APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; or access the company website. New potential customers may use the internet locator to see if the company serves their area. Street address and zip code are used to determine eligibility for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for the Spectrum Internet Assist program vary by area and start at $14.99 per month before taxes and fees. In home WiFi services are available for an additional $5 a month. No contracts are required. Additional plans and internet speed levels are available.
