Disease/Disability Information ( Cleft Lip/Cleft Palate )
Provider: ABILITYFIRST - LAWRENCE L. FRANK CENTER
The center provides services for people with disabilities with a wide variety of programs for children who live in the San Gabriel Valley. Services include disease/disability information, extended child care and Special Olympics. There are no geographic restrictions.
Therapeutic recreation services are provided for adults and children who need rehabilitation in the development of recreational and social skills for leisure time use. Programs for youth include after school socialization and recreation for children and teens age 5 to 22.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE People may call for information or to apply for services. Referrals from Regional Centers are accepted. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are fixed fees for services; Regional Center funds are accepted or clients may pay on their own.
