Disease/Disability Information ( Lupus Erythematosus )

The foundation provides health services for people of all ages in Southern California. Services include disease/disability information about lupus, information and referral, and physician referrals. There are no geographic restrictions.
Written information is available on request. Staff can refer people to local community resources for information and speakers. The foundation maintains a registry of doctors located throughout Southern California. The foundation also sponsors research which focuses on the cause of and improved treatment method for the illness. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for referrals. Call, write or visit the agency's website to request information about the condition. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees. Membership dues are $35 per year for individuals; fees may be adjusted to $5 for low-income people.
