The agency provides substance use disorder services for people in Los Angeles. Services include alcohol use disorder counseling, comprehensive outpatient alcohol use disorder treatment and comprehensive outpatient drug use disorder treatment; drug/alcohol testing; and drug use disorder counseling, There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency is a State certified treatment center for adults, age 18 and older, in the CA State CARE program. See the separate entry.

Drug/alcohol testing is available to all individuals, including non-residents, age 18 and older. Testing for females is done on an outpatient basis only.
