Drug Use Disorder Counseling ( Males )


The agency provides residential treatment for substance use disorders for men. Services include alcohol use disorder counseling, drug testing, residential alcohol use disorder treatment facilities and residential drug use disorder treatment facilities and sober living homes. Applicants must have at least 24 hours of sobriety, and be fully ambulatory. Services are primarily for residents of the San Gabriel Valley; however there are no geographic restrictions.

Residential treatment programs range from 30 days to nine months in length. Services include individual and group counseling, alcohol and drug education, art and relaxation therapy, physical conditioning and twelve-step groups.

The agency also provides a re-entry program which include counseling, assistance in locating housing, and an orientation to the sober living community. The agency also provides state-certified parenting programs. The agency also runs three sober living homes for men who have completed a residential program. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply; an appointment is required. Applicants must attend an intake interview. There is a minimum wait of eight weeks for the 90-day (County-funded) program. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Agency is currently only accepting Medi-Cal. Call for more information. Alcoholism counseling is free for participants in the program.

Service hours
Intake hours for residential living are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm. People may walk in to apply. Intake hours for sober living homes are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm. The program operates Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day.
