The center provides substance abuse services for veterans in Southern California who have been discharged or released from active military service under conditions other than dishonorable. There are no geographic restrictions.

Services include comprehensive outpatient and day treatment for alcoholism and drug abuse. Services include AA meetings, aftercare, individual and group counseling, methadone maintenance, and vocational and rehabilitation programs. Special services are available for women, homeless veterans, and for veterans who have a dual diagnosis. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or an appointment. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service for service-connected veterans. Fees for veterans who do not have a service-connected injury or condition are set on a sliding scale.
