The program provides emergency food for low-income residents in the greater Pasadena and Altadena areas. Applicants must meet federal low-income guidelines. Assistance may be provided on an ongoing basis, once per week. Services are restricted to Alhambra, Altadena, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, La Canada-Flintridge, La Crescenta, San Gabriel, San Marino and South Pasadena residents.

The program provides supplemental groceries consisting of canned goods; cereal, rice, beans, pasta, and juices; fresh fruits and vegetables; bread; meat and protein foods and other foods when available. Infant formula and baby food may also be available. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in to apply. For first time applicants, proof of income and ID for head of household and ID for all family members are required. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.

Intake on Wednesday only, distribution hours for ongoing emergency food are Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00am to 3:00pm; Thursday, 10:00am to 1:00pm.
