The program provides services for older adults, age 65 and older who live in their own homes or apartments in the West San Fernando Valley area. Services include friendly visiting and information and referral for seniors and their caregivers. Services are restricted to residents of Agoura, Calabasas, Canoga Park, Chatsworth, Northridge, Reseda, Tarzana, West Hills, Winnetka and Woodland Hills. Volunteer opportunities are available for people who would like to participate in friendly visiting. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
