Services include board development support, fiscal management support, fundraising and resource development support, organizational consultation/technical assistance, service planning and delivery assistance, and strategic planning. There are no geographic restrictions.
Consultation is offered on a variety of legal topics affecting nonprofits, including liability issues affecting Boards of Directors, board financial and programmatic oversight, fund development regulations, financial management including federal and state annual tax issues, organizational documents including appropriate Articles and Bylaws and how they may limit an organization's activities. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
