211 LA is the countywide disaster preparedness, response, and recovery hotline for natural disaster and public health emergencies in Los Angeles county. Services include coordination of emergency information and information and referral services at FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) disaster recovery centers (DRC). There are no geographic restrictions.

The agency provides service by telephone and online chat only; no walk-ins are accepted. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call or visit the agency's website for information. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services.
