P-EBT SUPPORT
All P-EBT funds for 2021 have been issued. Families that have questions about their previously issued P-EBT funds can contact the P-EBT Helpline at (877) 328-9677.

CalFresh Emergency Allotment
The Food and Nutrition Service will approve requests for the additional benefits on a month-by-month basis. There is no need for customers to contact DPSS to request Emergency Allotments.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE DPSS offices are open for in person services. Program information and application are also available via Customer Service Centers at 866-613-3777 and IHSS Helpline at 888-822-9622 and/or its website. Paper applications are available for pick-up and drop-off at local DPSS offices, from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The Customer Call Center has extended hours: (866) 613-3777 - Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 7:30pm and Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
