Group Homes for Dependent Children
Provider: BOYS REPUBLIC - POMONA RESIDENCE
The agency provides an open program for youth ages 13 to 18 who require temporary removal from the community. Services include children's/adolescent residential treatment facilities and group homes for dependent children. There are no geographic restrictions.
The program offers individualized school and work experience. Boys and girls attend an accredited public high school which is housed on the grounds and is part of the Chino School District. Individual, group and family counseling as well as psychiatric services are available. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Youth are primarily referred to the program through the Probation Department or DPSS. However, some private students can be accepted; call for more information. The agency cannot accommodate walk-ins. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There is a fixed fee for services. Call for more information.
