The Access Dental Plan is one of the Medi-Cal dental managed care plan options for Los Angeles County. The Outreach Department provides education and awareness of the Medi-Cal Dental Managed Care Program. It educates on the covered Medi-Cal dental benefits and assists qualified Medi-Cal recipients with enrolling in the Los Angeles Prepaid Health Plan administered by Access Dental Plan.
