Health/Disability Related Support Groups ( Ulcerative Colitis )
Provider: CROHN'S & COLITIS FOUNDATION GREATER LOS ANGELES CHAPTER
The foundation provides health services regarding Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis for people of all ages in Los Angeles. Services include disease/disability information, support groups for individuals with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, which are also known as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). There are no geographic restrictions.
Services include support groups, the Power of Two program, Camp Oasis for children age 7 to 16, the IBD Help Center telephone support line, as well as education programs for patients and healthcare professionals. The Chapter has a lending library and brochures are also available. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services; membership is available.
