The agency provides in-home health services for people in San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys and parts of Los Angeles. Services are provided under the orders of the patient's physician and may include home nursing; physical, speech, and occupational therapy; ostomy care; IV chemotherapy; hyperalimentation; stroke rehabilitation; medical social services; and hospice care. A Medicare/Medi-Cal certified hospice program is available to provide care for the terminally ill. The agency is able to refer for homemaker services. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call for information or to apply for service. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees for service vary; Medicare, Medi-Cal, worker's compensation and private insurance are accepted. A sliding scale is available for individuals who do not have insurance.
