Some common types of identity theft issues addressed and online materials include financial identity theft (existing credit cards & bank accounts, and new lines of credit), child identity theft, medical identity theft, military identity theft, online and social media safety, smartphone safety, unauthorized use of a social security number to commit identity theft, scams/fraud, data breaches, privacy issues and cyber security.

Advisors are bilingual English/Spanish. Documents are available online for download in all languages supported by Google Translate.
