The agency provides immigration assistance for people in metropolitan Los Angeles. Services include immigration rights consultation and advice for survivors of domestic violence, serious crimes, torture and trafficking; specialized information and referral regarding immigration services and issues. General information is provided on naturalization, legalization of status and employment rights. The agency also provides direct representation for qualified individuals. The service area is restricted to metropolitan Los Angeles excluding the San Fernando Valley.

Through the Violence Against Women Act, the agency will work with victims of domestic violence, who are married to or recently divorced from U.S. citizens and legal residents, to leave their abusive relationships and independently petition for their immigration status. LANGUAGES OTHER THAN ENGLISH All languages through interpreter. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
