The program provides legal services for community-based non-profit agencies, legal services programs and pro bono attorneys. It does not provide legal assistance to individual clients. Services include technical assistance on legal issues, employment and public benefit rights of low-income immigrants; publication of analytical and reference materials related to immigration and welfare laws; and co-counsel for impact litigation. The program also provides immigration issues training for audiences of varying legal experience. There are no geographic restrictions.
