Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals With Developmental Disabilities

The agency provides services for people with disabilities, age 16 and older, in Los Angeles County. Services include intermediate care facilities for developmentally disabled. There are no geographic restrictions.
Services include adult education, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, recreation therapy and independent living skills/social skills training. Other services include active parent groups. The center also provides transportation for its residents using agency vehicles, or by contracting for services with other agencies. The length of stay is indefinite and depends on a resident's needs. APPLICATION PROCEDURE A referral is required from the local Regional Center. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE Fees are 320.77 per day Medi-Cal rate or $350.00 per day private rate. The center accepts private insurance.
