Internship Programs ( Adolescents )

Provider: CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS FOUNDATION

The foundation provides services for youth in Los Angeles County. It offers K-12 educational and youth development programs in the areas of business, civic participation, education, government, law and the media. Services are provided at various schools and community sites, and via the Internet. Age, grade and geographic restrictions apply for some programs.

Programs for youth include citizenship programs, community service clubs, an internship program, leadership development and legal education. Civic programs include classroom-based curricula and afterschool training. Legal programs include the California State Mock Trial Competition and paid internships for high school juniors and seniors with businesses, government agencies, law firms and non-profit organizations.

Services for schools and teachers include curriculum development assistance, educational consultation, instructional materials and staff development, and trainer training workshops.
