The agency provides advocacy services for individuals in Los Angeles County. Services include health insurance information/counseling, Medicare information/counseling, job banks, public awareness/education, and welfare rights assistance. There are no geographic restrictions.

The program provides advocacy for health services, mental health services, education and employment; and for government benefits such as My Health LA, CalFresh, GR and Medi-Cal to individuals who have experienced problems do to cultural and linguistic barriers. the agency is a Certified Enrollment Entity for Covered CA, Certified Enrollment Counselors are available on site to provide enrollment assistance in English, Korean, Bengali and Spanish.

It provides public awareness/education to help the community deal with consumer issues, disability awareness issues, and hate crime reporting. The program also provides employment referrals and therapist referrals for mental health counseling. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Walk in or call for an appointment. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for service.
