The program provides ex-offender services for adults exiting incarceration and gangs. Services include apprenticeship training, ex-offender employment programs, ex-offender reentry programs, and job readiness for gang members. There are no geographic restrictions. The Apprenticeship Preparation program assists previously incarcerated and gang affiliated community members with a union-approved training course in a variety of construction trades.

A Career Preparation program includes employment services for ex-offender and gang members such as job search assistance, resume writing, and skills education to retain employment.

Job readiness support is offered through individual case management and classes through community partners to work through emotional issues including anger and childhood trauma.

Additional ex-offender reintegration services include case management to assist with developing a personal plan to meet goals, systems navigation, and a monthly reintegration resource fair to connect clients with local support services. APPLICATION PROCEDURE Call to apply. FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE There are no fees for services. Apprenticeship Preparation program is available via scholarship.
